Purchase Order received

This status indicates that we have successfully received your order and it is awaiting processing by an operator. An automated email containing more details will be send to you.

Payment due

You will see this status if you have chosen to pay by:

a) Bank Transfer
b) PayPal

You will only see this status if your payment was not successful in the time when your order was placed.

Paid or Waiting processing

This status means that we have successfully received your order in our system and it is still awaiting processing by an operator.

Order processed

This status means that your order has been successfully processed. You can also see the exact date and time at which this has been done. If your order is in this status you will be able to see the expected delivery date. An automated email confirming these details will also be send to you.

Shipped Order

This status indicates that your order has been dispatched. If you scroll down to the bottom of the order page you will be able to see details of when to expect your order. An automated email confirming these details will also be send to you.
